I am not able to sync my Zotero desktop with the cloud account.
  • You'll have to provide more information than that. Are you getting a sync error? If so, what does it say when you click the error icon (not in the error reporting window)?

    Have you restarted your computer?

    Sorry for such a late reply, but I wanted to know that I sorted it out. And BTW, I love Zotero and have started teaching others how to use it.

    I think it was a username problem. Under my preferences I had entered my username and password for automatic syncing and then when I logged into the Zotero site, I used my email address and the same password. Once I figured out that I needed to use the username/password combo everything uploaded just fine.
