Can't sync files
Report ID: 165342172
When attempting to synchronize files, I get something along the lines of:
The file 'somefilename.pdf' cannot be updated. Check that the file is not currently in use and that it is not marked read-only.
Restarting your computer or disabling security software may also help.
I can find the specified file in my library by searching for it in explorer. It seems ok, isn't open in any other program, etc. So I delete it, restart the sync process, and the error is reissued, except this time for 'someotherfile.pdf', which I can delete, and then of course the same error is issued for yet another pdf file.
Any ideas what's wrong? I'm on Windows 7 x64 if that affects anything.
Thanks!
