sorry, I don't think anyone here does live support - there are a whole bunch of threads on this on the forum and if you run into specific issues you can ask in one of those. Beyond that, Zotero devs don't have the capacity and the rest of us are here in our unpaid (and non-dissertation etc. writing) spare time.
If you need live support you'll have to find a friendly tech librarian.
Basically you need to export the endnoteX library to RIS. Next you need to find the internal-pdf:// url and replace it with an absolute path url - i.e. file:///path/to/endnote_storage/dir/filename...
