Upgrade StorageWhy entered items aren't appearing on "my library" page
First, let me apologize for being almost computer illiterate. I do not have a past history using Endnotes and have had to learn (what little I have) how to use Zotero almost by force (my boss is insisting) and with assistance I have gotten from Zotero and its users. Slow but steady progress being made. I have one remaining problem. I have entered a large number of items into my library. When I go to Zotero at the bottom right hand corner of my computer screen, I can see all the items and enter more. However, when I go to zotero.org, log in and try to see my library, it informs me that there are no items in my library. However, I know there are as I can view them by going to zotero.org/ followed by my user name. I have checked my preferences, and they are set up to sync automatically, sync my attachment files in my library using Zotero and to sync attachment files in group libraries using Zotero storage. What am I doing wrong? Any advice would be truly appreciated!
You have 2 user names - azerbabe 1 and azerbabe1 -
you're syncing to the former, that's why you can see your full library now, but you can see it here

if you login with your alternative username you'll be able to see your library.

If you items are not there, they certainly shouldn't show up here.

I think you must be logging into the website, and syncing from the browser addon with different accounts.
Moreover, when I create a private group, members cannot see the collections that I have created.
