Problem: I cannot auto download the related PDF of journal when i use either citation manager or the icon in location bar. In previous version, it did.

What's problem?

Check your Zotero preferences. There is a setting to automatically download associated PDFs when saving citations. If that is checked already, and you are not getting PDFs from a website you previously were able to get them from, you should post a link.
  • Yes, i enabled all mis. in preference including asso. PDF.

The problem applies all oxford journal (at least)
    for example, http://alcalc.oxfordjournals.org/
  • I tried adding the article here http://alcalc.oxfordjournals.org/cgi/content/abstract/45/2/136 (I removed my proxy from the URL), and it added with the PDF. Are you logged in to the site(only subscribers get PDF access)? If you are using a proxy, you can set Zotero up to use it. proxies [Zotero Documentation]
  • I did but cannot work.
I even tried to del. them all and re-add them. The problem is still there.
  • give a full sample URL (including proxy) please.
  • sample url: jpubhealth.oxfordjournals.org
    proxy: http://%h.easyaccess1.lib.cuhk.edu.hk/%p

    thx
  • what I meant was the full URL of an article that doesn't work for you as you see it in your URL bar
  • actually, i never success to download even one PDF after upgrading to 2.02.
here is one example of the article
    http://jpubhealth.oxfordjournals.org.easyaccess1.lib.cuhk.edu.hk/cgi/content/abstract/32/1/18
  • anyone can help?
  • Do you have third-party cookies enabled in your Firefox preferences? This, I think, is one of the behaviors that can arise from it not being enabled.
  • Even if i disabled the third-party cookies, the problem is still there.
