Unable to synchronize

Mac OS X 10.6.2.
Zotero 2.0.2.

Unable to synchronize. It starts synchronizing but than stops.
  • 1) That's not a valid Report ID. Copy it—don't try to retype it.

    2) What does "It starts synchronizing but than stops" mean? Do you see the error icon to the left of the sync icon?
