zotero not showing up in Firefox/Office 2007 under guest access

I installed the product on lab machines using an administrator account. When our lab users log in under the guest access account, zotero in Firefox and Office will not appear. Is there a setting that I'm missing to turn this on for all users? Thanks.

    Firefox profiles are separate for separate accounts - as they should be. You will have to install Zotero on the account that's actually going to use it.

    It would be more effective if the product was already installed for lab users -- especially for our students who aren't exactly tech -savvy. I don't want them to access one big library of information -- just have the plugin installed so that the users can access zotero without having to install, which is problematic on Windows Vista machines where users have guest access.

    sure, but this isn't really a Zotero issue - it's how FF works. I'm sure there are a bunch of solution for these types of issues, depending on the network and computer set-up you have - scripts that you can run as an administrator to batch-install add-ons etc. - but you'd probably be better of looking for a solution over at Mozilla.
