only first author extracted via doi

Zotero 2.0rc2... Adding doi:10.1016/S0191-491X(03)90003-4 creates an item with only the first author extracted correctly. The paper has 4 authors.

Is this a known issue?

    that usually happens when the data isn't registered correctly with crossref

    crossref is the web-service that zotero uses to get metadata for dois - if they don't have the correct data, neither you nor zotero can do something. You could get in touch with the journal's publisher about that, they're the ones who'd have to correct it.
