Upgrade StorageiPad Koofr WebDAV verification spins indefinitely — Debug ID D1866745520
Zotero on my iPad keeps spinning when I select “Verify Server” for Koofr WebDAV.

I entered my Koofr email and an application-specific password. Switching from campus Wi-Fi to a mobile hotspot and reinstalling Zotero did not resolve the issue. Opening the WebDAV directory in Safari displayed “Unauthorized”.

dstillman Zotero Teamedited 18 days agoYou're getting 429 Too Many Requests errors from Koofr with the message "Too many login retries". That's all we can tell you.

YoshuaNavaI'm experiencing the same issue, and a few minutes ago this led to Koofr throwing an HTTP error 429. Then, I re-generated my passwords and introduced the Koofr credentials to the Zotero iPad app, but verification never ends.
