Zotero Plug In for Word Missing and Unable to Reinstall

My Zotero tab suddenly disappeared from Microsoft Word. I didn't experience any crashes or errors. My Word STARTUP folder is completely blank, and clicking 'Reinstall' inside Zotero's settings says it is successful, but the file never appears in the folder and the tab remains missing. I am on Windows using Zotero 7.
I have deleted and redownloaded Zotero and no such luck
