Error message when opening Zotero
Hello,
The following error comes up when I try to open Zotero as the desktop app. I tried restarting my computer, but the error message is still there. I also tried checking for updates, but it says there are no updates available. I have a Dell laptop with Microsoft Windows 11 Home.
"There was an error starting Zotero.
You can report this problem in the Zotero Forums.

Any ideas? Thanks!

Upgrade Storage
Can you go to your Zotero data directory and email a screenshot of the files in the data directory, along with logs/upgrade.log, to support@zotero.org with a link to this thread?
Is your data directory in the default location ("Zotero" in your home folder)?
- I'm not totally sure which Zotero version I have since I can't access the Help menu as it says to do in the link provided. But I'm guessing Zotero 5.0 since that version history comes up when I click on the 'changelog' link. Also if I right click on the Zotero icon in my taskbar, it says Zotero (5).
- I've emailed two screenshots to the support email.
- I believe the data directory is in the default location (C:/Users/JSGS Research/Zotero, where JSGS Research is the User Name).
