Upgrade StorageIT team security questions.
Hi I'm trying to have my school to purchase the yearly subscription and not sure how to answer these questions about security.
Can anyone in Zotero help me answer this?

The HECVAT form indicates that the software does not support SAML or MFA. Both are requirements established by the CUNY Central Office for software purchases.
Additionally, I did not see any information regarding personally identifiable information (PII). Could you please confirm whether the software will store, access, or process any PII data? This information will need to be documented in the comments section of the requisition.
If the software will handle PII data, the ISRQ form must also be completed. The professor will need to provide the required information by answering the questions on the form.///
