This is with an auto-recovered document. Does it happen with a new, empty document?

What exact OS and Word version?

In general, follow all the steps on Troubleshooting Errors in Word Processor Documents, not from ChatGPT.

ChatGPT uses the links you send me. It is ok in a new document; I copied my file into a new one and some other way. it is ok for a while but after that the error happens again.

You didn't answer all my questions, and you don't seem to have actually followed the last step on the linked page, which explains how to isolate the problem (and send us a document excerpt).
