When I try to add a RIS file to my library I get the following message - Error
Unable to communicate with Zotero servers. Please check your connection and try again.
I have tried repeatedly over several days. My internet connection is fine. I have updated Zotero to the latest version.

dstillman Zotero Teamedited yesterday at 3:29pmI think there's some confusion here. You seem to be referring to the web library. I'm not sure why you're getting an import error there (how large is the RIS file?), but that's totally unrelated to the desktop app that you provided a Report ID from. You want to be using the desktop app for a file import if you have it.
