Upgrade StorageMac fails to sync with online library but says it has

I've been trying to sync a file from iPad and online library with my Mac for a couple of weeks now. Despite clicking on sync and logging in and out. It does not sync the file that opens fine on iPad and online. Similarly, new folders I recently created on Mac are not synced with online library and iPad.
