I read some previous troubleshooting, but I do not find any right solution. Following is my error.

    Please submit a Debug ID for an attempt to use Zotero on this document? Does it work in a new document? What version of Word are you running (full version number)?

    Hi. This is the debug ID. D660742561. I tried the new empty document; it works fine. Just that I had some citations applied in the current work, and it would be great if there is no need to redo them. I am using Microsoft 365, Version 2610. Window 11 64 bit

    Try saving your existing document that is failing for you outside of sharepoint, and on your local machine (like Desktop or local user files).

    Right. Now it works. So it was due to OneDrive sharepoint issue. Thank you.
