Upgrade StorageWord shows "{citation}" but no citation text in Word?
I have reloaded both Zotero and Word on MAC 2x and restarted my MAC.
When I place cursor in a Word doc and find the citation in the Zotero library OK, then click on it in Zotero, it only shows "{citation}" at the input in the footnote...but not the actual citation.

dstillman Zotero TeamI'd guess that you're just clicking outside the citation dialog (e.g., by double-clicking), which is just sending the citation dialog behind your windows instead of actually selecting the citation.
