Hello, I am using Zotero on a Mac with Google Docs and the Vancouver citation style. When I try to insert a citation, Zotero selects the reference, but it appears blank in the document. I have already restarted Zotero and Chrome and tested a new document, but the problem persists.

My Debug ID is D521540548.

Could you help me identify the cause of this issue?

    Can you provide some screenshots that show what you’re doing and what’s happening?

    are you just getting the number? If so, you'll need to add the bibliography, which actually adds the references. The citation is just the number.
