Web Library has better clipboard export than desktop

I always found it strange that when copying bibliographies from Zotero, the web library has a better "email-friendly" structure compared to quick-copying as HTML in the desktop client. Why can't I choose how the web library does it for the desktop version?

Could you say more about what you mean? You're saying you want to be able to get HTML to the clipboard more readily with the desktop version? What's wrong with the quick copy version?
