Unable to save PDF on JSTOR

Trying to save articles as PDFs for upcoming work and my Zotero chrome extension automatically saves as web links rather than giving the option to save as a PDF and which folder to save it to. I've logged in through my institution on JSTOR etc, and haven't changed any settings since it last worked so I don't know whats changed.

I'm very frustrated and would appreciate some guidance!

    Can you provide an example URL and a Debug ID from the Zotero Connector for reloading the page and trying to save?

    Note that you should always save from the article page when possible, not the PDF itself, and on JSTOR, you may need to first load a PDF and accept the terms and conditions before saving.

    Hi my debug ID is D635941624, and the example URL is https://www.jstor.org/stable/3810390?seq=6 , but this occurs on everything I have been trying to save from JSTOR. I have done all the expected steps like saving from the webpage and accepting Ts&Cs first. Thak you!
