Philpapers features?

Hi folks. I'm still learning a lot about how Zotero works so bear with me, but I have been poking around the forums and haven't found a solution yet so I wanted to ask here.

I depend significantly on Philpapers and would love a way to easily import the categories and keywords from Philpapers into tags in Zotero would make life vastly easier for me. For a concrete example, it would be great if when I use the connector to save this:

https://philpapers.org/rec/BRAEN

It automatically tagged the paper with, e.g., "philosophy of language," "empty names," etc.

My understanding is that this doesn't happen because Philpapers doesn't include this data in the right way, but is there a straightforward way to make this happen? Aligning my library with their categorization system would be fantastic.

Thanks!
  • Shouldn't be too hard -- what exactly should it import, though? Philpapers has categories, keywords, and areas (Philosophy of Language here). I don't love mixing these, but I don't really use philpapers.
  • For me it would be extremely useful to import all of that as tags (combining redundancies obviously). It is easier to trim too many tags than to manually add if there are too few.

So for the paper I linked it would be all of the hyperlinked phrases under categories and keywords: 8 tags in this case, after eliminating repeats.
