hi, the first time i connected zotero to google doc it asked me for permission and i didnt click on it. Then it doesnt allow me to re-authorize the account and keep telling me no access/permission. I've re-started browser and zotero app on my laptop but it still didnt ask for permission again. may i know how to resolve the problem? thx

Submit a Report ID from Zotero Connector. Make sure you restart your browser fully, if you are on macOS, you need to right-click on the browser icon in the dock and select Quit.

Follow the linked instructions for generating a Report ID.

You should disable all other browser extensions, restart your browser, and try again. If the Zotero Connector isn't authorized to connect to your Google Doc, it should ask you for permission, and you'll need to choose the Google account that created the document.
