Upgrade StorageCannot save the pdf file
Hi,
I have updated to the latest version of zotero, selected “This Can Read and Change Site Data”, but I still got an error message when trying to save to zotero,"An error occurred while saving this item. Try again, and if the issue persists see Getting Help for more information."
The exact URL of a page that isn’t working(actually every paper I cannot save to zotero):https://pubs.acs.org/jacsat/article-pdf/138/38/12527/8163664/ja6b06823.pdf
Error message(What it says in the popup when I try to save): https://s3.amazonaws.com/zotero.org/images/forums/u21059122/l6e9zpuwu5p5azc4lca5.png
Thank you

poettliWorks for me. It is however recommended to save from the paper webpage rather from the pdf itself (as it often fails). Could you try to save from https://pubs.acs.org/jacsat/article/138/38/12527/792201/Identification-of-Mechanism-Based-Inactivation-in ?
