Files in the Zotero directory

Since Zotero 10 (I think since 10), a number of additional files have appeared in the Zotero data directory that aren't mentioned in the documentation (https://www.zotero.org/support/zotero_data). What do these files do?

There are some additional files, but you'd have to say what specific files you're asking about.

For example, fulltext.sqlite, zotero.sqlite-shm, zotero.sqlite-wal, and zotero.sqlite.tmp-wal. There's also zotero.sqlite.bak and zotero.sqlite.1.bak, but I believe these two are already covered in the documentation.
