Zotero does not automatically attach PDFs from any website.

Zotero Connector successfully saves bibliographic metadata, but no PDF attachment appears in the save popup.

Zotero Connector ping works ("Zotero is running").
Manually attaching a stored PDF works normally.
The problem occurs across multiple sites, not just one database.
Using Find Available PDF/Find Full Text returns "No files found".
Automatic attachment of associated PDFs is enabled.

I reproduced the "No files found" problem while debug logging was enabled.

    Can you provide a Debug ID from the Zotero Connector for reloading a page and trying to save where you expect to get a PDF?

    I reproduced the issue after enabling Debug Output Logging in Zotero Connector.

    The Debug ID is: D1608778100.

    The citation metadata is saved successfully, but the PDF attachment is not downloaded automatically.

    The PDF itself can be downloaded manually and attached to Zotero without any problem.

    I have already tried reinstalling Zotero and Zotero Connector, but the issue persists. This problem occurs across multiple websites.

    Could you please check the debug log and let me know what might be causing the PDF download failure?
