Cannot download PDFs anymore through Zotero Connector

I am using Zotero Connector on Chrome on a Mac device.

What do you mean by "No translator used"?

Can you provide a Debug ID from the Zotero Connector for reloading the page and trying to save?

But that looks like you're getting an error saving altogether, not just a failure to download PDFs?

Thanks for your reply. Regarding the translator, I just mentioned that because point 14 on https://www.zotero.org/support/troubleshooting_translator_issues says to state name of translator, if applicable.

I can still save articles with all the metadata (title, author, journal, etc.), but the PDF won't save with it. When I try to download the PDF directly through the connector, I get the error I've mentioned.
