Issues logging into fresh install of Zotero10

I installed Zotero 10 (fresh install, no previous version on the machine) on a Windows11 laptop. The install worked fine, but when I tried to sync my library, clicking "log in" causes the program to freeze. Has anyone else encountered this issue?

Is this an institutional computer? "Log In" should open your browser.

It is not, but it's possible it was a permissions or update issue on my machine. By restarting my computer the link worked and I was able to open the log in window in my browser. Thank you!
