The zotero tab in word dissapeared

I have used zotero in word a lot but suddenly the tab is not there when I open word. I have updated Zotero and tried to re-install the word plugin. Both apps have been opened and closed many times and my laptop restarted as well. Even in documents I have previously used Zotero is does not show up. I have microsoft office home and student 2016 if that helps.

I tried the manual installation as I had already tried redownloading several times. When I opened the word startup folder the .dotm file was already there, i still copied it from the install and replaced it, but it did not change anything. Yes I did refresh word again.
