Zotero 10.0.2 freezes when sync starts on macOS 26.6.2
Zotero 10.0.2 ARM64 on macOS 26.6.2 becomes completely unresponsive when sync starts.
With automatic sync disabled, Zotero starts and works normally.
As soon as syncing is triggered, Zotero becomes unresponsive and macOS shows the spinning beach ball.
I reproduced this in Troubleshooting Mode with all extensions disabled.
I also tested with my Clash Verge system proxy enabled and disabled, and the behavior is the same.
Network access itself appears to work: the debug log shows successful requests to Zotero API/repository endpoints and a successful WebSocket connection to stream.zotero.org.
The local database also appears to load normally.
One unusual line in the log is:
Unknown item type 'nsfReviewer'
The debug output eventually reaches:
Registering notifier observer 'fulltext_pB' for [sync]
and the application then becomes unresponsive.
Debug ID: D649143429
Could you please check what the main thread is waiting on when sync starts?
