Need assistance for syncing zotero items across multiple devices

Is there anyone here (an English speaker) who can please help me set up syncing Zotero files across three devices (2 laptops, 1 tablet)? I badly need it for my research writing. A plus if Filipino (for language facilitation). Thanks a million.

You just need to set up syncing in the Sync settings on the laptops. The tablet already syncs automatically.

Is there a way to have a customer support? I already paid for Zotero storage, but my files don't sync across laptops and tablets. I am not a quite abreast with directories and related stuff. Would you please send some help?

This is where support happens, but you'll need to actually ask a specific question if you want our help. I linked to the sync documentation. If you've set up syncing and something isn't being transferred, see Changes Not Syncing or Files Not Syncing, depending on whether you're referring to library data or files.

You shouldn't be doing anything related to "directories", so I'm not sure what you're referring to there.
