Assuming this still happens after a restart, can you provide a Debug ID for Zotero startup through a few minutes of syncing, using the Help → Debug Output Logging → "Restart with Logging Enabled…" option?

Perhaps I have found the cause of this problem: without plugins, sync works fine. However, even if it works, the problem appears again after a restart with the plugins enabled. I need to find out which plugin is the culprit.

How do I completely clear the plugin's data? I don't want to uninstall it—I just want to wipe its cache and settings to start fresh.
