Can you 1) make sure you've updated to Zotero 10.0.2 via Help → "Check for Updates…" and 2) provide a Debug ID for Zotero startup through a couple minutes of that progress meter, using the Help → Debug Output Logging → "Restart with Logging Enabled…" option?
