Zotero 10 does not work with Microsoft desktop 365

I am unable to insert any citations or create reference list using Zotero 10 on Microsoft 365 desktop. I previously used Zotero to insert citations from this same computer and application. It is only since the Zotero updates that the application fails

Zotero 10 also does not work with an earlier version of Microsoft 2010 -- can't find a way to use Zotero

Have uninstalled and reinstalled Zotero -- still does not work

What is the full version number of Word 2010? Provide a Report ID. What is the actual issue that you're having?
