Zotero 10.0 — Find Full Text finds no PDF

I connected to my university's VPN (vpnaccess.nd.edu) and I imported references from an RIS file containing DOIs. Zotero's Find Full Text returns “None found.”

I tested this with:
Learning from improvisation in New Ventures

    I came to report the same problem (10.2 beta 9).
    I have even created a specific collection of open-access articles, and Zotero can download none. The window with 4 items to download stays up for hours and even after that only 3 is "not found", one is still pending.

    Zotero is hitting bot challenges. This would be site-specific and not a general problem. We can see what we can do for any specific examples people report.

    @erdoke: The window staying up when one attempt fails is likely a separate bug, but we'd have to see a Debug ID to say more.
