unlimited ist not unlimited?
Hello,
From what I’ve gathered in another discussion, there’s a storage limit for “unlimited” accounts to prevent abuse. Is that correct?
So, what do you consider to be abuse?
I happen to have a library that’s around 5 TB in size. I don’t need everything online, but I do need significantly more than 1 TB.
If I save data exceeding 1 TB in a group, will you block me from uploading more to “MyLibrary”?
Is it possible to disable synchronization for groups?
I don’t need this data to be public, but I’d like to manage it internally via Zotero.
If synchronization applies to the entire dataset, how can I manage all the data—including supplementary files?
That’s why I don’t really understand the meaning of “unlimited” in your sales strategy.
However, I’m happy to continue this discussion via email if you’d prefer not to do so in the forum. But we need to address this issue to ensure that I understand Zotero, which isn’t currently the case…
By the way, I think Zotero is great, and I’d be disappointed if there were no way to resolve this little problem, either now or later…
By the way, I also find it a bit unprofessional when discussions are simply cut short without making sure the other person is informed that you don’t want to continue the conversation—or that you’ll discuss it later…
