I wish this conversation could be more helpful. Please indicate which app needing an upgrade. I assume it’s the one on my ipad? If yes, how. I’ve checked the app store and it didn’t suggest that an update is needed. It just says ‘open’.

The one you posted a Debug ID from, obviously — what else could I have quoted? The current version is 2.0.7. You’ll need to figure out why you’re not receiving that. (Normally this would be due to being on an outdated version of iOS, but you’re not.)
