Upgrade StorageSync button not working on macOS (Zotero 10.0.1)
Hi, I encountered a sync issue with Zotero 10.0.1 on macOS.
Clicking the normal Sync button does not seem to trigger synchronization, and there is no error message. Items added on my Windows PC were already visible in the Zotero Web Library, but they would not appear on my Mac even after clicking the Sync button.
I eventually found that right-clicking “My Library” in the left sidebar and selecting “Sync” works correctly, and the missing items immediately sync.
I initially thought there was something wrong with my account or WebDAV settings and spent quite a lot of time troubleshooting before discovering this.
Is this a known issue in Zotero 10.0.1 on macOS?

dstillman Zotero Teamedited yesterday at 1:20pmYou disabled syncing for My Library in the "Choose Libraries…" window in the sync settings. That's what controls what the main sync button does.
