Good morning I have problems with Zotero connector. Ir doesn't save to my library. What can I do?

    First, you seem to be trying to save by clicking on a RIS/BibTeX link? That's not the normal way of saving to Zotero, so you need to say that when reporting a problem. In most cases, you should just click the Save to Zotero button in the toolbar.

    But if a RIS/BibTeX link isn't working, we'd want the actual page URL where that's happening.
