Upgrade Storageissue with saving PDFs through my institution's library

I will note that I am having this same issue with saving PDFs through my institution's library. The issue exists on my work laptop browsers and desktop Zotero (Windows and Firefox and Chrome). It does not exist on my personal laptop (Mac and Firefox), however. And I am using my institution's library as the access point in both cases. I will be teaching a workshop about Zotero in about a week and want to sing its praises, but this will be hard to do if I have to manually download and then drag and drop every PDF.

If you'd like our help, we'll need example URLs and Debug IDs from the Zotero Connector for reloading and trying to save.
