Help: MHRA CSL in Word - abbreviated references per chapter/section?
Hi all,
Thanks so much to the hardworking volunteers who make Zotero so user-friendly!
I have a specific query (selfishly) relating to a specific part of MHRA ยง7.12:
'In a monograph or thesis, treat each chapter independently for this purpose. That is, give a full reference for a source at its first mention in the chapter, and shortened references later in that chapter. If it occurs again in a later chapter, give the full reference again at its first mention there.'
Is there a way to automatically fulfil this within the Zotero plugin for Word? I have marked each chapter of my thesis with a section break, but Zotero seems to continue to give a full reference only on first mention within the entire document and not per chapter.
Would very much appreciate an answer as to whether there is a setting/fix for this (or if not)

adamsmithNo, the word processor plugin isn't aware of Word sections. Only way to do this is to keep chapters in separate files.
