I started using Zotero over a decade ago, when I was using a now defunct email server. I wasn't using my email within Zotero since then, and never changed my email address within Zotero. Zotero was working well for me until recently when my hard drive was reimaged. Now I find to log into Zotero (and retrieve my library) I need to receive an email at an email address that will never work again. Is there another way I can convince someone that I'm me?
