Not receiving 2-Step Verification code email

Hi, I am trying to log in to my Zotero account on my desktop Zotero program. However I am not receiving the required 2-Step Verification-code to my email. I am using the "log in"-button through the account settings. What to do? :)

Email to that address is bouncing (being rejected by the domain's email server). You can add a different email from the email settings.
