Hello,

Zotero shuts down my Word documents spontaneously and when I try to add a citation. This has been happening over a period of several months. I have already tried advice from other boards including removing and reinserting citations to look for "bad citations" and copying and pasting the text into a new document. These approaches do not work. The software has been updated. Is there another bug that broke the linkage with Word? If possible, I would like to schedule a call with a real person to view the problem rather than waste time going back and forth over this forum.
