Note that "sync" in Zotero-speak is always referring to syncing with the online library and other devices, so you'll confuse people if you use that to refer to word processor integration.

Every time I click on add/edit citation button to insert a citation in a word document, a dialogue box comes up with a message; word could not communicate with Zotero. I am connecting with my Zotero library remotely, and I have used with no issues in issues in the past. Any suggesiton, please?
