citation dialog is not appearing

[Split from Red search bar won't pop up for citations]

I am experiment the similar issues: the citation is not appareing, it's not even hidden by windows. What to do ?

    (Please start new threads for new issues — the thread you posted to isn't relevant for current versions of Zotero. I've moved this to a new thread.)

    See Reporting Problems for the two things we always need in order to help. We don't know what word processor you're referring to or what version of Zotero you're running.

    Make sure you're running Zotero 10 (Help → Check for Updates…), and if the problem continues, restart Zotero and provide a Debug ID for clicking Add/Edit Citation.
