    Based on the error code, this could be a problem with your G drive. You should move your Zotero data directory back to the default location on the local disk. Zotero will then try to open the database there. If the main database is corrupted, it may be able to recover from one of the automatic backups in the data directory.

    You should then check your G drive (whatever that is) for errors.
