I've been trying to cite a sentence in word and sometimes at some points of the document, when I try to cite it, the word crashes and then the citation bar opens.
I've had askes AI about it and it told me to copy+paste it with keep text only and it worked for some paragraphs but it wont solve all of the crashes no matter what I do.

adomasven Zotero TeamWhat version of Word are you using? Do you have any spell checking tools for non-English languages installed? Does it stop crashing if you disable spell checking, or temporarily switch to English?

amir.mkx10I'm using 2024 version. no I don't have any spell checking tools and it wont stop crashing if I switch to English. although it works perfectly in a new blank document or when I copy (keep text only) the paragraph in a new doc.
