How do I find out which type of account I'm using and where any invoices or charges are sent?

The admin who set this up for me is no longer at our organization.

    When you're logged in to a Zotero account, you can see your current storage subscription in the storage settings. https://www.zotero.org/settings/storage

    There will also be links at the top of that page to "View Receipts" and "Manage Storage for " if either of those apply.

    None of these apply to the account you're posting from, which is a free account. If you believe you've been paying for Zotero but are not sure under what account it was, you can email storage@zotero.org with any details you have and we'll try to help.
