Android App just not usable...

Not sure if it is an issue that I use and Lenovo tablet, but the Android version just is not usable. None of the tools work as they should by using the pen (or finger). Really disappointing. In effect it's just a PDF reader, not more.

There's a known issue with a pen on the beta. If you're having trouble, switch back to the release version.

I installed the app from the Google Play Store. I don't think it is anything Beta...

I just uninstalled and reinstalled it once more ... and now it works. Version is 1.0.0-247. The only thing is, that the sort order is different in Win and Android App.

Yes, 247 is the production version. You likely joined the beta at some point in the past. Both install from the Play Store.
