Zotero fails to sync and gives the error:
'ZMOML67C' is not a valid item key
I searched for ZMOML67C using “All Fields & Tags”, but no item appears. My Bin is empty.
My main problem is that PDFs/files on this Windows computer are not becoming available on my other Windows computer and phone.
Could you tell me which item/attachment is causing the invalid-key error and how I can safely remove or repair it?

dstillman Zotero Teamedited today at 11:40amYou used some plugin or AI tool that created multiple items with invalid keys that can't sync. You'll need to 1) contact the tool developer and ask them to fix it and to fix your database, 2) identify the items and delete it (and empty the trash), or 3) delete your database and sync to pull down your online library. I'm afraid we can't help with this.
